Fully Automatic heat transfer machine for the decoration of textiles

The TURBOTRAN 6.1 is our fully automatic solution for an efficient decoration process for textiles. Equipped with 2 heat presses, an automatic positioning system of heat transfer decals, a peeling unit and an automatic outfeed this 6 station machine can be operated by a single person with ease. Build with an ergonomic working height as well as an optical start mechanism the decoration process becomes safe, easy and efficient. Set-up as a rotating table machine with different additional module the Turbotran 6.1 can be used to decorate T-shirts, pullovers, hoodies, bags, sportswear, workwear and other textiles using a heat transfer decals.

The seperate stations can be controlled via a touch display to adjust for the pefect temperatures, dwell times, pressure, etc.
